Adds Dynamic Island / notch / hole-punch overlays to the DevShell phone-frame
so previews reflect realistic top-inset constraints. Restructures presets
into families (iPhone / Pixel / Galaxy / Tablet / Desktop) with a chevron
dropdown next to each family pill for picking variants. Strips the cyan glow
behind the topbar logo — overkill, especially on tenant-branded vendors.
Todo example bumped to a warm-graphite dark theme so the silhouettes stay
visible against the page.
